Jaci was sitting in a chair under The Lovelies merch tent. Her face was facing the blue sky, not a cloud could be found. She sniffled her nose, feeling a cold coming on. Oh no, no no noooo. She really could not get a cold with so many days of tour left. That would be seriously all bad. Knowing Daniel, the creator of this tour, he'd make her stay in bed all day drinking chicken noodle soup until she was better. There were two things wrong with that sentence. One ) Jaci could never let the girls have a show without her. That would be like...watching a movie while standing up. It just was never done. Two ) She would have to eat chicken noodle soup. The only thing Jaci ate was a hard boiled egg for dinner and some salad for lunch. Yeah so basically, it wasn't happening.
She looked around the tent, spotting out her black cardigan on the grass. So that's where it was. She lifted herself up from the plastic chair, picking it up and quickly throwing it on each arm. Although it was super hot out, Jaci was colder than usual, probably caused by the cold, and she had to stay warm and toasty to keep that cold out of her system.
Most of the band had gone off to do their own thing already. The only people left behind were the crew, cleaning up their merch tent for them. That's why she loved having a crew, they did everything for them. When her and The Lovelies first started out, they'd have to rent a trunk to lug all of their instruments to the venue. Then, they'd have to set everything up with all new equipment that was provided by the venue. Sometimes, it didn't even work and there would be technical difficulties during songs. After all that, they'd have to return their truck back and use all the money they made for playing the show to pay for it.
Basically, it sucked. Thus, Jaci truly appreciated all the crew that the girls had on this tour.
She let out a sigh, her nicotine addiction kicking in aka it was time for a cigarette break. She left the tent by her lonesome self, checking the back of her jean's pockets. New pack of American Spirits, check. She walked around the tour's current stop, wondering where she could smoke in peace. Most of the vendors / merch tables didn't like it when people smoked around them because it was a turn off to most customers, so that was a no. Around the stage was definitely a no, so that wouldn't work out so well.
Before she knew it, she ended up at the parking lot. "Meh." she said under her breath with a shrug of her shoulders. She whipped out the pack of cigarettes and an old lighter that was almost done with it's life. Unwrapping the plastic casing, she threw it on the ground. She was littering, but so many people did at this tour it wouldn't have made much of a difference. She slipped one into her mouth, quickly lighting it before taking a long drag.

em hated waking up hungover. it was honestly a terrible feeling, especially considering she didn't even remember the night she had. she last thing she could recallwas eating at a mexican restaurant while spiking her drink and thinking it was really smart. apparently after that moment she had lost all memory. of course, she was fairly certain this was a good night for her to forget. though the idea of burritos and nachos may have sounded like a real nice treat when she was smashed, she guessed by the disgusting taste in her mouth that later on she had regretted that choice in a meal, especially when she was throwing it up. emilee was awake now, though barely. the sheets around her were twisted awkwardly around her body. em felt as though she could sleep forever, though it was extremely uncomfortable. her sluggish body forced itself out of the bunk she was located in, stumbling slightly around the tour bus. she made her way to the kitchen, squinting her eyes some at the way too bright of light coming from the windows. damn she felt thirsty and rather groggy. she needed a shower and she needed to brush her teeth. she stopped for a moment to fish around to grab a cup, then filled it with water from the tap. finishing her water, em made her way towards the bathroom, deciding it was a bad idea to look in the mirror. she really really didn't want to see herself in the shape she was in.
the shower she took was quick and rather cold, which actually did not clear her head as she had hoped. she brushed her teeth twice simply because her mouth was too scummy for her to handle. em got ready as fast as she could bring herself to (which wasn't fast, it took herself awhile to really persuade her mind to get things done). she stuck a pair of sunglasses on quickly before she finished getting ready, considering any way someone had a chance of deciphering she was hungover was not what she wanted. stopping at the fridge before she left the bus she saw a note. hey em... since you looked like you were slightly dead from last night we managed to round up a drummer who would play for today... you better be ready for tomorrow!" em scowled at the note. she knew her band mates would be talking about how she "owed" them for awhile. then again, she really did owe them. she also couldn't believe how late it was, looking at a clock on the wall once she noticed that the note must have been up for a long time. grabbing a banana from the counter, em left the bus. first thing em noticed was that it was absolutely smokin' outside. em felt like shit, even more so than before. she quickly vowed never to drink again (of course, that wasn't going to get her very far before she cracked) and stalked off towards the parking lot. she usually found her band mates smoking up there, or at least chatting with some random girls. they were rather predictable people, or maybe they just were to her. however, when she reached the parking lot (which was really not far from where the buses themselves were parked), she didn't see her boys anywhere. however, she did see a girl she thought she recognized from the tour who was smoking. trying to walk quicker, even though she was really just so tired she wanted to sleep, em approached the girl. "um, hey. i was wondering if you've seen any of my guys- i mean the inverse midas guys?" em asked her quickly, in need of her boys. she just wanted them to make her a smoothie, she was dying for a smoothie. she also needed to thank them for covering for her.
